About these terms

These Terms of Service explain how you may use MemoraSphera and the conditions that apply when you buy from us. The seller is Koobi Digital Ventures LLC, trading as MemoraSphera. Please read these terms and our linked policies before placing an order.

Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing separately. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.

Eligibility and store use

To place an order, you must be at least 18, have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract and be authorised to use the payment method. Use the site and products lawfully and follow the supplied safety and operating instructions.

Product information

MemoraSphera sells a physical sphere for displaying your photos and videos. Review the product specifications, selected colour, quantity, included accessories and compatibility information before buying. Screen settings may affect how colours appear, but the goods must conform to their description.

Loading personal photos onto a standard sphere does not make it a custom-made product or remove its applicable return rights.

Prices and offers

Prices are displayed in euros. The checkout shows the selected items, applicable discounts, optional extras, taxes charged by us and the total payable before payment. Bundle savings apply as shown for the selected quantity. Any separate import charges are explained below.

Prices and offers may change for future purchases. A later change does not change an existing purchase contract. If a material pricing or product error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it; we will not charge a higher amount without your agreement.

Orders and purchase details

Check your items, quantities, email address and delivery details before submitting payment. Placing a paid order creates an obligation to pay the displayed total. The purchase is concluded when payment succeeds and our checkout confirms the order.

Keep your order reference. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you and refund the amount due; a substitute requires your agreement. We may prevent fraudulent or unlawful orders, subject to applicable law. Contact us promptly to request a correction or cancellation; dispatch status may limit changes, without affecting statutory withdrawal rights.

Payments through Stripe

Payments are processed through Stripe using the methods offered at checkout. You authorise payment of the amount you review and confirm. A failed payment does not confirm a paid order. MemoraSphera does not receive or store your full payment-card details.

Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed, as explained in our Refund Policy.

Shipping and tracking

We offer free standard delivery to the destinations available at checkout. Orders are prepared within 2–4 business days; estimated delivery is 7–10 business days after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Any order-specific delivery commitment takes priority over a general estimate.

Your tracking number is provided after dispatch. Visit Track Your Order for available carrier updates. Contact us if a parcel is delayed, lost or damaged. Carrier handover does not remove our legal delivery responsibilities. See our Shipping Policy Terms of Service.

International import charges

International deliveries may be subject to destination-country customs fees, import duties, taxes or clearance charges. Any applicable import charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in free standard shipping. Local authorities or the carrier may collect them. Any import amounts collected by us are shown before payment; applicable mandatory price-disclosure rules remain in force.

Returns and refunds

Standard products may be returned under our 14-day withdrawal policy, with mandatory national rights preserved. Tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw and contact our team for the correct return destination. Do not return a parcel to an address on its dispatch label unless instructed.

Return the sphere with its accessories and complimentary stand and cord, using the original product box and protective inserts wherever possible, or equivalent protective packaging. Missing original packaging does not by itself remove statutory withdrawal rights. Customers pay direct change-of-mind return postage when disclosed before purchase; necessary costs for defective or incorrect goods are borne by us under applicable law. Legal guarantees and optional protection

Statutory guarantees apply to faulty or non-conforming goods. Where EU consumer law applies, the minimum two-year legal conformity guarantee and any stronger national protection remain available. Applicable hidden-defect rights are also preserved.

Shipping protection is optional and costs €2.99 when offered. Its separate coverage and cancellation terms must be shown before payment. It does not replace our delivery obligations or legal guarantees, and you do not need to buy it to exercise those rights.

Website content and customer submissions

Site text, branding and images may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Do not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission or another lawful basis.

Only submit reviews or photos that you are entitled to share, with permission from identifiable people where needed. We will seek appropriate permission before using your images in marketing. We may moderate unlawful, misleading or abusive submissions. Personal photos stored on your sphere are not automatically licensed to MemoraSphera.

Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains the use of customer information and sharing with payment, fulfilment, delivery and other service partners. External sites have their own terms and privacy practices. These arrangements do not reduce our responsibilities as the seller.

Prohibited use and site availability

Do not introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with site security, impersonate others or use the service for fraud, harassment or infringement. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address such misuse.

Maintenance or technical faults may temporarily interrupt the website. Restricting access or ceasing to browse does not cancel an existing purchase or remove rights to delivery, refunds or legal remedies. Liability is assessed under applicable law; these terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes, applicable law and disputes

The terms available when you place an order apply to that purchase. Updates apply to future orders and will be dated on this page. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law.

Mandatory consumer protections and competent-court rules in your country remain available. These terms do not require exclusive proceedings in the United States or waive your legal remedies. Contact us first with your complaint so we can seek a resolution. Any applicable consumer-mediation contact must be completed before launch.
