Information used by the store
- Orders and payments: when checkout is activated, Stripe collects your contact, billing, delivery and payment details. The store uses order references, selected colors, quantities, amounts and payment status to process purchases. Full card numbers are not stored by the storefront.
- Delivery tracking: the tracking number you enter is sent to TrackingMore to retrieve the carrier’s delivery updates. Order lookup uses your checkout reference and matching email address.
- Support and returns: we use the messages, order details and evidence you choose to provide to address your request.
- Technical data: hosting and connected services may process IP addresses and request information to deliver and protect their services.
- Reviews: photos or stories sent to our team are considered for publication only with permission.
The current storefront has no photo or video upload form. It does not receive the personal files you load onto your sphere yourself. Avoid sending medical records, ultrasound images or children’s personal information to the store unnecessarily.

Why we use this information
Order fulfilment, payment verification, delivery and customer support rely on performing our contract with you, or taking steps you request before a purchase. Accounting and mandatory recordkeeping rely on legal obligations. Proportionate security and fraud prevention rely on our legitimate interest in protecting the store and customers. Where permission is required for an optional publication or future marketing feature, we rely on consent, which can be withdrawn.
Without the required checkout or order-verification details, we may be unable to complete a purchase or retrieve private order information. Optional review submissions are not required to buy.

Services that receive information
Information is shared only as needed with payment providers (Stripe), product suppliers and order-fulfilment partners, delivery carriers, TrackingMore, hosting and security providers, and advisers or authorities where required. Tracking lookup sends the number to TrackingMore; the public result displays delivery scans rather than customer contact details. Following our Instagram link takes you to a service operated by Meta.
This store is hosted through ChatGPT Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Google Fonts supplies the typefaces used by the pages and may receive technical connection information. When you accept analytics, Google also receives technical and commerce data to measure store usage. Google may process this data internationally. Providers also have their own privacy notices: Google, Stripe, Cloudflare.

Browser storage and cookies
The storefront uses local storage to remember your cart and optional shipping-protection choice between visits. You can remove it by clearing this site’s browser data; doing so clears those preferences. This storage is not an advertising profile.
With your consent, Google Analytics measures page visits, product views, cart additions, checkout steps and confirmed purchases. It is blocked until you accept analytics. We do not send your email, delivery address, payment details, uploaded files or checkout session identifiers to Google Analytics. Advertising storage and personalization remain disabled. Your choice is remembered for up to six months; you can change it using Cookie settings in the footer. Refusing does not prevent shopping or payment. Hosting, sign-in and payment services may use their own essential cookies or security technologies.

Retention and international processing
We keep information only as long as needed to fulfil the relevant purpose: handling orders and returns, responding to support requests, meeting applicable accounting obligations, and resolving claims. Browser cart information remains until you clear it or the storefront removes it. Tracking results are cached in server memory for up to five minutes; this does not determine how long TrackingMore retains its records.
The retention schedule for merchant records and provider logs must be confirmed before launch. Koobi Digital Ventures LLC and some providers operate outside the European Economic Area. Before customer processing begins, the applicable international-transfer arrangements, safeguards and any required EU representative details must be confirmed and disclosed here. This draft does not assert that those arrangements have already been completed.

Your privacy rights
Where applicable, you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restricted processing or portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent for consent-based uses. Some information must still be kept for legal obligations or claims. We may request proportionate verification before releasing private order information.
Use the privacy contact above to make a request. You may also complain to your local data protection authority, including the CNIL in France. The store does not make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about customers.
