Order processing
Orders are prepared within 2–4 business days before dispatch. Processing takes place Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. This preparation period is separate from the transport time below.

Delivery times
Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days after dispatch. Customs checks, public holidays, weather and carrier disruptions can affect delivery. We will help investigate delays; these estimates do not remove your rights if an agreed delivery deadline is missed.

Free standard shipping
Standard shipping is free for destinations supported at checkout. No standard delivery fee is added to your order. The optional shipping-protection service is a separate charge and is not required to receive free standard shipping. Any applicable taxes are shown before payment.

Delivery and parcel issues
If a parcel is delayed, lost or damaged, contact MemoraSphera with your order reference and tracking number. We will investigate with our fulfilment partners and carrier and arrange the appropriate remedy.
Handing the parcel to our carrier does not remove our legal responsibility for delivery. Optional protection does not replace your statutory rights. For late or failed delivery, applicable cancellation and reimbursement rights remain available.

Your delivery address
Check your name, address, postal code and contact details before payment. If you spot an error, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes depend on the parcel’s preparation and dispatch status. We will explain any available correction or redelivery options and costs before you agree to them.

Track your order
Your tracking number is provided once the parcel has been dispatched. Enter it on our Track Your Order page to view available carrier updates. A new number may appear before the first scan, and updates can take time to reach the tracking service.

International shipping
We ship to the destinations available at checkout. International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes or customs-clearance charges imposed by the destination country.
Any applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes and customs-clearance charges are the customer’s responsibility. Free standard shipping covers delivery charges only and does not include these import charges. They may be collected by local authorities or the carrier.
Any applicable import-charge arrangements will be disclosed before purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
