Your 14-day withdrawal period

For standard products, you may tell us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days after delivery, without giving a reason. For EU consumers, the period begins the day after receipt; applicable rules for weekends, public holidays and split deliveries remain in force. Sale prices and bundle discounts do not remove this right.

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights in your country. The seller is Koobi Digital Ventures LLC, trading as MemoraSphera.

How to request and send a return

Send a clear withdrawal statement with your name, order reference and the item you wish to return. No special wording or approval is needed to exercise your statutory withdrawal right.

1. Contact our team first. Send your order reference, the email used at checkout and the item you wish to return. For a damaged or incorrect item, include a description and photos if available.
2. Receive your return instructions. We will communicate the appropriate return address and packing instructions directly to you. Return destinations may vary by order; no fixed warehouse return address is displayed on this page.
3. Send your parcel to the address provided. Do not send it to the original dispatch address, the address printed on the shipping label or the company's registered address unless our team specifically instructs you to do so. Keep proof of dispatch.

For a statutory withdrawal, send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us. Contacting us to obtain the correct destination does not make your withdrawal subject to approval or remove applicable legal rights.

Product condition, original packaging & return costs

Please keep the original packaging until you have decided to keep your sphere. When preparing a return, follow this checklist:

• Product condition: return the sphere in the condition in which it was delivered, without additional damage or signs of use beyond what is needed to inspect and test its nature, characteristics and functioning.
• Original packaging: please use the same product box, protective inserts and packaging supplied with your order, wherever possible. Place the box inside a suitable protective shipping package so the sphere is secure in transit.
• Complete contents: include the accessories, instructions and complimentary gifts supplied with the returned sphere, including its stand and cord.
• Proof of purchase: include your order reference and a copy of your order confirmation or receipt, if available. If you cannot find it, contact us with the email used at checkout so we can help identify the purchase.
• Personal files: remove your photos and videos and reset the device before dispatch, where possible.

If you no longer have the original box, contact us for packing guidance and use equivalent protective packaging. For a statutory withdrawal, missing or opened original packaging does not by itself remove your right to return. You may inspect the sphere as you would in a shop. Any reduction in its value caused by handling beyond that necessary inspection may be deducted only where the law permits. These preparation instructions do not remove your rights for damaged, faulty or incorrect goods.

Change-of-mind return costs: you pay the direct return postage cost when this has been disclosed before purchase. We bear the necessary return costs for defective or incorrect goods under applicable consumer law.

Refunds and payment method

For a statutory withdrawal, we refund the amounts due, including the cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery offered for a full-order return, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods arrive or you provide evidence of return, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.

Reimbursement uses the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the credit. Paid express-delivery upgrades beyond the standard delivery cost are not refundable under the withdrawal rules.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect products

Contact us with your order reference and a description of the issue. Photos of the product and packaging can help, but do not replace your legal rights. There is no requirement to buy shipping protection to receive remedies for a faulty product or for a loss for which the seller is legally responsible.

Where EU consumer law applies, goods have a minimum two-year legal conformity guarantee, with any stronger national rights preserved. The appropriate remedy may be repair, replacement, a price reduction or reimbursement under the applicable rules. Reporting promptly helps us investigate; this is not a short deadline that removes statutory rights.

Personalisation, bundles and shipping protection

A standard sphere does not become a custom-made item simply because you later load your own photos or videos. If we introduce genuinely custom-made products, any lawful withdrawal exception will be disclosed before purchase. Such an exception would not remove remedies for defective goods.

For a partial bundle return, we explain the refund calculation using the price actually paid and applicable discounts. We do not charge an undisclosed restocking fee.

Optional shipping protection, if offered, has separate coverage and cancellation terms shown before payment. Those terms must be finalised before the add-on is sold. It supplements, and does not replace, the seller’s legal obligations.
